We have traveled across the country sampling BBQ, and Buster's rates right up there with the best. It is a traditional cafeteria-style BBQ.
We are hooked on Buster's baby back pork ribs, and we eat them at least twice a month. The ribs are always tender, moist, meaty and flavorful. The portions are large enough that two of us share a small dinner with one extra side (3 sides total). We especially like the pinto beans (creamy) and the coleslaw. The pork po' boy is great too, if you're looking for something smaller. The beef ribs are tender, but they just don't have the flavor of the beef we ate in Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas.
We've tried the other Buster's locations, but this one is our favorite. Food is consistent and employees are friendly.
