“Excellent place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 26, 2013

What a treat to have a high quality tapas bar in Medford. The food is reliably good to amazing, the bar is excellent. The atmosphere is cool and fun. Definitely worth going.

“Redemption!!! Chef Braden Hitt gives the spaniards something to talk about!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 10, 2013 via mobile

After the write up's & reviews on the following below restaurants we realized it was all hype & nothing more than the "current" trend. So disappointing!

Pok Pok was (GROSSLY overrated) & Fire On The Mountain (was at best average) both of these restaurants do not come close (on any level) to Chef Hitt's spin on Tapa's.

His bacon wrapped dates were NOT the usual tease...he serves large, moist delicious dates wrapped in "thicker" bacon. Cooked to perfection!

His "unique" fava bean dish had the perfect texture & spices...what a treat!

Lastly, we ordered the poached egg beef dish with the potatoes (STAND OUT) dish it was delish!

Bonus:
The wait staff really is warm and inviting, they set the tone & definitely place Elements as a MUST when in Medford!

Chef Braden is the "REAL" deal NO hype here!!!

“A Gem in Medford”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 31, 2013

This Tapas Bar is really special with great tapas, including a mushroom dish with different types of mushrooms that was outstanding as well as lamb slidders that included a small salad. The lemon drop martini was to die for as well. During their Happy Hour, they have five choices for $5. each,...a real bargain. The address is 101 E, Main Street in downtown Medford. A must if you are in this area.

“We're regulars here”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 31, 2013

Yes, some of the waitstaff can be a little precious, and not every single item on the menu hits a home run, but y'know, the Perfect Restaurant has yet to be built. This place comes pretty close. There is no better place in town to get together with friends for conversation and a variety of good food and drinks. The wine specials are almost always very good, and you can find locally-grown varietals like Tempranillo, which don't often appear on wine lists. Ordering and sharing a handful of small plates is an enjoyable way to do dinner.

“Great find in Medford!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 19, 2013 via mobile

Our close friend, who used to live in Medford, described Elements as her "favorite bar". I can understand why! We spent three nights in Medford, eating at Elements two of the three nights. Their selection of tapas is very unique and appealing - making it hard to decide what to try (and thus the reason for two visits!). All our choices were good as were the cocktails. Our server both nights was Chloe, who we thoroughly enjoyed.
