After a long word day, my friend, daughter and I decided we would go have Chinese Food. We were greeted by a waitress and were seated right away. As we sat down we ordered 2 coffees, and three tea's. The waitress delivered 2 coffee's one tea. The coffee was less then exceptional it tasted as though it was from the day before brewing for 48 hours. After 10 minutes of trying to flag the waitress. She brings 2 more tea's aka cups. They provided a small creamer. which we had devoured in seconds. We had ordered two orders of pot stickers, 2 orders of mar far chicken two orders of white rice. I ordered a Milk with my meal, My friend ordered sweat and sour chicken. We received our meal along with my milk. I went to take a big gulp and it had went sour. My friends meal which was the sweat and sour chicken was beyond gross. And we waived the waitress down to tell her about the rotten milk, she said "I'm sorry, I'm sorry" mean while my stomach was not feeling so well. I couldn't eat the rest of my meal due to the milk. She brought another milk which I could not drink. As we discussed our horrible experience my friend decided that we should pay for what was bad. They were going to charge me for that milk and her sweat and sour was horrific. We went to the counter and told the owner that the food was unsatisfactory and that we were going to pay for what we ate, and what actually tasted decent. He said "you have to pay the bill, or I will call the police" "it is dashing and dinning, and is a $1,000.00 fine. He argued with my friend Katie. She requested a new order with out sweet and sour sauce, told him that she would pay when she received that food. Owner claimed he would call the police again. Over $11.00! Normally, a normal establishment would of not have charged you for your meal. This is an outrage. My 11 year old daughter heard the owner yelling back at us. Its been over an hour and my stomach is still turning from the rotten milk,
