Parking is easy, once you find the lot. Then the hike starts at a very easy pace. Take your time if it's sunny -- the slope gets steeper! Bring along some water. There are benches along the way if you need to rest. But the hike (or mile-plus uphill jog, for those in shape) is worth doing throughout the spring season -- do this hike every couple of weeks, and see a whole new landscape of wildflowers each time! Or if you want weekly exercise, take Upper Table Rock one week, Lower Table Rock the next! (There's no fee for the hikes -- no leader or official experts, but informational signs along the way. Also no rest rooms after you leave the parking lot.)
