“Nasty”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed June 15, 2010

Came to Medford for a friends wedding and just figured we would get a cheap motel for the night......big mistake to stay here! The hallways smelled almost like stale urine and mold.....the room had a terrible odor as well, not sure what it was.....the bed was springy and worn, it was just not a good experience! I have stayed at Motel 6's that were nicer than this......and the plugs in the bathroom were dead so I had to plug my curling iron in elsewhere.....just not a good place at all. I know you get what you pay for but this place is just plain gross.....don't stay here!!

The rooms were dirty. The staff is rude and seems like they couldn't really care less. The Continental Breakfast was nothing more then a small muffin or a sweet roll and if you're lucky a glass of orange juice. The beds were very uncomfortable and very worn out. This is one place where I will never stay again.

The staffs are very unfriendly and somewhat scary. The facility is very old and you can find mold and broken glasses in the balcony.

Beware of the pictures...they are real, and the rooms themselve have been updated however DON'T LEAVE THE ROOM! Supposed to be non-smoking but when you enter the long dirty hallway all you smell is the attempt to cover up the smell of old smoke. The pool is an afterthought and not at all inviting, right below an On Ramp to I-5. No services nearby. We booked two nights online based on rating and pictures at the time but when we drove up we knew we'd been duped. To save our money we stayed the first night but then checked out in the morning, with an argument about getting our second nights money back. Also....that front office is tiny. When you see the picture of the desk, that is all that there is room for. Contiental Breakfast? We went to McDonalds drive thru for better quality. DON'T BOOK HERE. DON'T STAY AT ANY DAYS INN. THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED TO DISPLAY HONESTY.

Vintage motel from past decades.

Booked hotel on Priceline as 2STAR- expecting a 2 Star in Medford/Ashland areas as Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express or Fairfield Inn as we booked in past.

Dirty. Dust in every corner and crevice of the room. Very poor housekeeping job. They need a new vacuum cleaner.

Basebord trim is beat-up and paint scraped off.

Bathroom is relatively clean, but toilet is wobbly due to loose bolts on the base.

Carpet is dirty. Would not take off my shoes under any circumstances. Carpet is also ripped in places.

Agree with other reviewers that the beds are tired with worn out springs.

Only good things are free wi-fi, and size of room. Staff did give us a room on the quiet side - away from I-5. Thanks for the kindness in their hearts.

A very poor value considering Priceline sold to us as 2 Star when in reality a 1 Star.

In addition the $44 we paid for "Name your own price" was only $5 more than Orbitz, and just $8 more than the $52 Rack rate on the Days Inn website. So much for the Negotiator.

1st time felt I did not get my monies worth. I

In my opinion motel needs to be remodeled, removed from Priceline 2star list, and/or removed from the Days Inn chain.

Be wary in choosing 2star hotel in Medford, OR from Priceline.

staff was very rude and they wouldn't let me eat domino's

i wasn't overall impressed with the staff and the staff look like they can care less for working at this location
i had ordered some domino's pizza since there is no room service and when the delivery guy came the owner had made him leave the property which is odd. He had told me that domino's is "no good" and that i should call pizza hut

i was very upset because i had domino's charge my credit card and i did not get a refund i will be charging civil charges

He shouldn't have told the delivery guy to leave because he was not the one ordering the food from them in the first place

Also poor internet signal i had also tried sitting in the office and i still had a bad connection

What a dreadful place to stay. We stayed here on the way from Crater Lake. Gross! I was pea-green with envy when I saw the Motel 6. It looked so. . . Ritz-Carlton-like, relatively speaking.

The room was dirty and tacky. I've stayed in some nasty places, on account of my trips to Florida in the 80's, but nothing could surpass this.
