Be careful what the front desk person describes over the phone about the hotel. One day after making the reservation we arrived with telephone notes in hand. Errors included price, length of stay & room location. Additional errors included misrepresentation of the breakfast to include " 3 types of fruit juices "....which infact the machine was always out of service, three days at least!!!. Infact, the serving area is a grand deception of what turned out to be the worst continental breakfast I have ever been offered. Still further, before making the reservation I asked if everything is working and in service only to find the sauna "out of service." One last comment, our room was clean. Alot of out of area tradesman frequent the hotel which is probably the reason there is so very much mud in the elevator and hallways. We use the hotels in Lincoln City, but by comparison..................................Bel-Aire Express will not be one of them.

this hotel is adaquate, but I would not return. It is newer and is in pretty good shape- but it is 6 to 8 blocks from the ociean, although there is some view from the 3rd floor.

It is located on highway 101, but we were on the ocean side and did not hear any road sounds.

They said it was close to the casino, but they are about mile away.

The continental breakfast is adaquate. The hallways are noisy if people are talking.

They gave me a room with a urine-soaked bed. After they charged me for the room (!) I filed several complaints. The manager eventually contacted me and refunded the charges, but I later found out that the staff had said I was drunk upon checking in and had lied about the whole ordeal.

The people who said these things about me are still working there, and no one has come forward to apologize for, or even rescind, the egregious lies about my character.

It was horrible. I never want to go to Lincoln City again.

Stayed in April for hubby's birthday. We have stayed several times. Always pleased with room and service. The perks being a fireplace, couch, two chairs, king-size bed (cozy), 27'' new T.V. that includes cable, like HBO. Pool, jacuzzi. & great work-out room.Think they also have a sauna. They do have a nice breakfast, juice, coffee, mini muffins, cereal, milk, & some danish. One request: wish they would leave it open until 10:00 at least.-Always very pleased with room and service.
