The Liberty Inn staff went above and beyond during our stay there. I had called several other hotels trying to find a room, which apparently was on a very busy weekend, and was also my 50th birthday. In my excitement to finally find a room, I must have mentioned it was my birthday. When we drove into the parking lot that evening, on their big lite-up sign outside the hotel it read "Welcome - Happy Birthday Pam". I looked over at my husband in surprise - he said "I didn't do it." I thought that was such a nice thing to do for a customer. When we got into our room, there was a bunch of birthday balloons attached to some mints sitting on the coffee table. I wasn't thrilled about turning 50 but they made it much easier to deal with. I felt special. The room was beautiful. We had a double room with a King and a Queen size bed. It had a two way fireplace, two televisions and two sinks. There was a refrigerator, a microwave, a DVD player and an internet hookup. They had a nice breakfast downstairs. If you're looking for a beachside hotel, this isn't it, although it isn't far from the beach. They have a 24 hour shuttle to/from the Casino, which you could walk to if you wanted to. It was definitely worth the $135. I would definitely recommend The Liberty Inn to all my friends, and, actually, I have.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. Clean, friendly staff & great breakfast. The hotel is on a quiet street near the Chinook Winds Casino. The room was a standard no view.and had a refrigerator and sitting area. If you drive past the hotel to " Roads End " the beach is very nice.
While many hotels offer " free breakfast " we were impressed. Bagels, toast , muffins, cereal, biscuits w/ gravy and waffles. Also juice, yogurt and tea and coffee. It was a nice way to start the day !! They also had free popcorn in the afternoon.
I would definitely stay here again. While it is not directly on the beach it is very close. The room was $ 105 for the night and when you add in the delicious breakfast the price can't be beat.

“Great Value for Lincoln City”

We enjoyed our stay at Liberty Inn. Our double queen room was spacious. Although the hotel is not on the beach, we could live without it. The walk to the beach was only about a block. We liked the layout of the room, especially the double sinks outside of the bathroom. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful with directions and such.
The breakfast was adequate. It was great because we tried to eat and go. There was also popcorn and cookies in the afternoon.
The value was good for $105/night. We would stay again if we were in the area.

We loved the Liberty Inn. The price was very reasonable for this area as it is not directly on the beach (but the beach is a short drive away). You can easily walk to the Chinook Winds Casino to gamble, have a bite to eat, or sit in the lounge and watch the waves.

We were on an anniversary trip and decided we wanted a jacuzzi suite room. We found plenty of them in the Lincoln City area, but didn't feel like we really wanted to spend $200 or so for a room. The Liberty Inn's jacuzzi suite was $130/night and it fit the bill perfectly. The jacuzzi is large enough for 2 people, and the room also had a king size bed, small couch, refrigerator and microwave. The room was very clean, well laid out, and of good size. The bathroom itself is a bit small but since we only spend time in there showering and such, a large bathroom isn't a necessity for us. Staff were friendly and inviting. The breakfast buffet was very nice, and they even had my husband's favorite - biscuits and gravy. They also had waffles, cereals, hard boiled eggs, lots of fruit, yogurt, various muffins, bagels, etc. Very nice variety and fresh. Even cappucino!

The only real downside (if you really want to call it that) is that it isn't oceanfront. For us, that isn't an issue as we travel to the Oregon Coast several times a year. When we bring our children, oceanside is the place to be. But for a one-night romantic getaway at a bargain price, this place was perfect for us!

I have stayed here twice over the past few years. When going to LC, If I feel like splurging I go to the Inn at Spanish Head, but for just hanging out, the Liberty Inn works great. I went here once for a girls weekend, and another time with a group. Rates were reasonable, they have a nice hot tub and pool, the staff was courteous, and the room were very clean. No ocean front views here if thats your thing, but the beach isn't that far to walk to. Besides, in Oregon when you are at the beach, you never know when it will rain, so you should have the car nearby anyhow!
