We didn't count on spending the night in Oregon - we live in Washington and were just driving down the coast for a day trip that turned a bit longer than we thought - so we scooted to the bayfront of Lincoln City down by Mo's Restaurant right on the Bay. It's right next door. Wow. Our room was a suite for only a bit over a hundred per night on the second floor of the property, facing the bay/ocean. It was the nicest room! Fridge, clean carpets, nice big bed, everything very clean. Yes, the bed was a bit harder than mine at home, but I slept like a log. Yes, there was a tiny bit of noise; this is a beach property and there are kids here. We didn't mind a bit. We spent hours on the balcony looking at the sea lions eat salmon, slapping their fins as they wrestled with giant ones - the pink of the salmon could be seen struggling with the sea lions. Then, a white-tailed eagle zoomed down from the hills to the east and tried to snag it from the sea lion!!! I took pics and got a tiny shot of the eagle and the sea lions in the water, but you'd need a good video camera to get more. It was absolutely fantastic. The staff was not only knowledgeable about the area, but steered us up to Roadhouse 101 for supper, where he used to work. It was a FANTASTIC dinner and I'll write a review about it here; check for it. For a sudden stay without reservations, mid-week and in June, this was a heavenly experience. I love this place and we will be going back NEXT WEEK we loved it that much!

What a terrible Birthday stay, rented a suite w/ spa. Room was clean but carpet into toilet area was so worn that the nails from the carpet strips were poking out. Carpet had huge stains. Bed was so extremely hard that it may have been more comfortable to have slept on the floor, bed sank in the middle. Pillows were as flat as pancakes, when request additional pillows was informed that there were extras in the drawers if they were not there then none were available, it took three pillows to make one good one. Towels were stiff and scratchy as though they were air dried. Refrigerator made loud noises all night. Room was warm but unable to open window as people could walk right up to the room from outside, TV had bad reception, toilet would not flush and no one is around after 10 pm to fix any thing. Spa was a joke might as well been an over sized bath tub. The view is nothing to write home about. Cozy Cove offers a better view.

But the topper of topper was they rented the room right next to us to a couple that had four to five children that were so loud bouncing off the walls screaming, slamming the door one thousand times and what appeared to be people sneaking in through the window, when I called the front desk I was told she would try to ask them to quiet down, she never called they continued to be loud screaming and carrying on for another hour and a half, I did not sleep due to the uncomfortable bed and the heat in the room but when I did dose off I was awaken by the father of the children whistling out the window in a loud manner calling the children back after they had awoke at 7 am to begin screaming again

Happy Birthday to me, for the price they charged for this room on a Sunday night rate, I will go else where, I know there is classier places then this in Lincoln City. If you do stay here bring you own pillows, towels, air mattress, fan and ear plugs.

PS I did complain in the morning during check out, I was offered 50% off but the clerks attitude was snotty. The room wasn't worth it even at 50% off.

What a big disappointment. From now on I will insist on checking out the rooms before I pay.

Clean rooms, beautiful view, great continental breakfast, helpful staff --- our only regret was that we were on a "road trip" and couldn't stay longer than 1 evening. You will not regret booking a room at this motel for the price they charge!!!

Extremely well run, immaculate and well located hotel. Each morning a continental breakfast is served which includes homemade waffles, bagels, fruit, juices, coffee, tea, cereal, etc.. Also is walking distance to Mo's which is a great, casual place to eat and drink. I would definately come back to this hotel when in the area. The staff is helpful and pleasant.

Three nights on Siletz Bay. We looked out of our roomy king bedded room and saw dogs and children playing on the beach below. Also joggers, walkers and beachcombers While not on the open ocean you are within easy walking distance of it and can watch the beach fires by the bay at night. The rooms was exceptionally clean and housekeeping were definitely ahead of their cleaning schedules, as many other properties are not. An easy drive to the main part of town and a nice walk to ice cream and glass blowing establishments, too.
An "expanded" continental breakfast with make-your-own waffles is included.
Warm cookies in the lobby, juices, coffee and tea available around the clock. Extremely helpful staff. Parking right outside the Inn and an elevator to your floor.
The staff were all extremely helpful. Carpets are worn looking in the halls and rooms, but very clean . Good location and moderate price. We will stay there again.
