Large, open space filled with large tables, two put together to seat eight. Zero atmosphere, more a joint than a restaurant. On the positive, the view is very nice.
The halibut was not good, the blackened salmon was neither black nor spicy, just bland. Fries were greasy-soggy. Side salad was ok, contained mainly greens but also a nice amount of Oregon shrimp.
Service was friendly and quick.
Probably a good place for families, but not for a better meal.
