This property is just filthy. Nothing has been cleaned well in years. Spider webs in the windows, something blew up in the microwave and not cleaned, as well as the toilet. Black sheers that where once white. Water stains in the carpet and on a lamp shade. The intire facility is a rat hole.
Had it not been late in the day and we where not so tired from driving we would have left.
The fresh blood stains on the bedding really did it

We have enjoyed many Choice hotels across the US, so did not check Trip Advisor first before our stay here! Should have!! Shown to one room, the bed was rumpled, pillowcase was creased and there was hair on the pillow. Asked for another room. It was bad!! The window would not shut and latch AND there was a hole in the window at the top left corner! The desk clerk offered us a stick to secure the window, she gave us an ACE Hardware paint stirring stick and another stick that together almost spanned the area between the windows. The floor was very dirty, there were cobwebs in the corners with dead bugs in them, paint was peeling off the walls near the window. The bathroom door had been broken in and was glued back together, the bathroom wallpaper, which the desk clerk said was new, was peeling off above the mirror and over the tub. There was mold above the tub, the tile was very stained and the bottom of the tub was horrid!! We were told by the desk clerk there was nothing she could do for us. We could not find another hotel or we would have moved!! We checked out the next morning and cut our time in Klamath Falls short because we did not feel safe from intrusion or that we had a clean room. We called Choice hotels and they advised us to take pictures and file a complaint through them. We are doing that!

We were rained out on a camping trip and dropped in at the Quality Inn. They charged us over $100 a night for an average room, which seemed very expensive for that location. The accomodations were average; the room was spacious and quiet, but the lighting was very inadequate (the management should spring for higher watt bulbs). Location was convenient to the downtown and allowed for walking to restaurants. Breakfast was fine, but they served all the food on styrofoam disposables. Might consider something a little environmentally friendly.

This place is huge, with multiple buildings. I'll admit I haven't looked around much because I'm parked right in front of my door, but everything looks good. Check-in was pleasant and the pool looked clean. The ADA room is monster sized, even with two beds (the reason I chose it over Best Western). The room is clean, with absolutely no smell. There's a little ceiling area obviously patched and repainted, probably from a leak in the room above, but who cares? The wireless internet is pretty good, although this is the first place on my trip (9 hotels so far with wireless) that required an ID and password, and the network has dropped off briefly twice (in about 6 hours online). The Chinese restaurant out front on Main Street has fantastic food. For the price, I think I made a great decision to ignore the negative reviews and stay here.

I travel alone for my job a lot and am not usually uneasy. I am writing this as I sit in the room, unable to sleep. This place is something else. It's a big property, probably built in the late 60s.

1) Dark stairwells full of bird crap and feathers. A LOT of bird crap and feathers.

2) Doors to connecting rooms don't even shut firmly in the door frames, but they are somehow locked.

3) Ice machine broken in the building I am in, and I had to walk the equivalent of a city block to the only other machine on the premises.

4) Paint peeling off the walls in every room.

5) Spare doors without hardware leaning against the wall, just inside the door.

6) Someone's Cousin Bubba did the tile and shower walls in the bath.
