For what you pay at Best Western, you ought to get a decent breakfast, but the reality is different. The breakfast room is far too small for the number of guests, and the jockeying for position at the toast and coffee table is just unpleasant first thing in the morning. I'm getting pretty tired of the low quality food that passes for breakfast in otherwise decent hotels. It's pretty much all white flour, white sugar, powdered eggs - stuff that's really unhealthy for you. Why low-fat, high-sugar yogurt? That stuff is junk. Or *if* they're going to cater to juvenile palates, why not also provide real yogurt for people who care what they put into their bodies? My wife couldn't have the eggs because the cook had mixed bacon in with them. C'mon - get a clue. And then there were the people in swimsuits hovering around the waffle maker - they shouldn't have been in swimsuits, let alone been in a breakfast area. It was too early in the day for that. When the coffee ran out, coffee in the reception area was missing when it should have been there. It was just one inconvenience, unpleasantness, and lack of decent standard after another. Honest - for what's being paid for these rooms, it should be way better. This is a shame, because the rooms themselves at Best Western are really quite nice. They'd be doing themselves a favour to ditch the awful breakfast. It's obvious they're providing it only so that they can claim breakfast is provided. Okay, I should be fair. Was there anything good about the breakfast? Well, yeah, the fresh apple I had was pretty tasty. :-)

Thank you for your loyalty to the brand and apprecating the clean & comfortable guest rooms.
The breakfast offerings, facility can always be improved to serve the wide range of people seeking vegan, low fat, non fat, trans fat & the list goes on. We will strive to make it better and will do the very best to accomodate your palate. During the summer months with abundance of kids in-house, controlling their behavior (such as getting into breakfast in swim suits) or horse play always becomes a challenge and we do our very best to contain their noise levels and disorderly conduct.
We hope to have you back & will like to make it up for this unsatisfactory stay.
