Before we booked this cabin, we did look at all the reviews on Trip Advisor about our choices at the Lake and decided to book Cabin #3 given the postive remarks we read. While we cannot dispute the fact that the Cabin was clean and tidy, we did find it to be incredibly dated and appearing as if it had never been re-furnished (linens included) since perhaps the 1980's if that late! Yes, it was spacious with a fairly large living area and adjacent dining table and kitchen, as well as a separate bedroom which could be closed off for privacy from the main room. But the bathroom was quite small, with a single small low standing sink and, quite frankly, if you are a large person, a bit tight to even use the toilet or shower. There was no view from the cabin other than the parking lot and it was only a short distance to the main highway which was a disappointment as we thought the cabin would be away from a road and nestled amongst trees perhaps with a view of the river. Oh well. It was fine if you are expecting a rustic, dated cabin. I have to say, even at $105 a night, it was a bit overpriced.
