Great review below from Karen H. I hope everyone realizes by now that this is a different restaurant than The Farmer's Kitchen which previously occupied the same building. New owners Larry and Cynthia Walker are working hard to earn your business and, in my opinion, are doing very well at it. Their remodeling has really opened up the dining area. It feels more spacious and inviting. Still small town and homey, with just a touch of Cynthia's southern California influence. The menu has many recognizable items but they are prepared with a contemporary flair. And the specials are, well ................special.. Today they got up early to prepare a very tasty curry to be served over couscous. My wife tried it (I got to taste it) and it was terrific. The restaurant is now open for dinner Thursday thru Saturday and they strongly recommend reservations. I will agree with Karen H. that the service is remarkable. This place is fun and inviting, from the time you enter the building to the time you leave. One good example of their approach to life is Larry's poster of a Hunter S. Thompson quote hanging in the bar. We've been there for lunch, and we'll be back for dinner. Enjoy.
