We've been here at least four or five times and we've always had good service and the food is great. However, we were here in mid-August when the front door slammed on my husband's hand. Long story short, the injury required stiches at the local hospital and although the staff was very attentive (making sure that they had first aid available and giving my husband a free beer-to ease the pain-and giving us directions to the local hospital), I was really disappointed with the lack of follow up. We had at least three people take our name and phone number but not once did we receive a phone call asking how my husband was. The accident was purely coincidental as there was just enough of a breeze to have the door slam on his hand and it wasn't until we sat down at the table that we realized how bad it was. We did end up coming back to the restaurant after we finished at the ER about 2 hours later, but I think that this experience kind of dampered our opinion of this restaurant.
