Hotwire.com rated and sold this hotel 1 star more than it actually was rated. Thus they overcharged me, which I'm finding is their regular practice. Stacy from the hotel however was very upfront about their rating and confirmed that Hotwire had it wrong, apologized that we were having such a misleading evening, told us which hotels in the area had the higher star rating we were expecting should we choose to go somewher else, spoke to the Hotwire.com representative who called to verify and confirm their mistake, and even upgraded us to a more convenient and luxurious room w/ a hot-tub when we decided to stay. I rec'd a 5-star service from Stacy while Hotwire gave me a 2-star.

I am so pleased that Stacy was able to ease some of the frustration you must have been experiencing. You have every right to know exactly what your money is getting you and it is wonderful to know that you were able to enjoy a fabulous evening at our property after all.
