Hotwire.com rated and sold this hotel 1 star more than it actually was rated. Thus they overcharged me, which I'm finding is their regular practice. Stacy from the hotel however was very upfront about their rating and confirmed that Hotwire had it wrong, apologized that we were having such a misleading evening, told us which hotels in the area had the higher star rating we were expecting should we choose to go somewher else, spoke to the Hotwire.com representative who called to verify and confirm their mistake, and even upgraded us to a more convenient and luxurious room w/ a hot-tub when we decided to stay. I rec'd a 5-star service from Stacy while Hotwire gave me a 2-star.

We have stayed here twice in the last two years, visiting family during the holidays. We stay for a few nights, and have no complaints. Service is great, complimentary breakfast is very good. Close to the freeway, free internet, helpful staff.

This was a nice stop on our way south. The location and accomodations were as expected. We appreciated the free wi-fi and breakfast for a family of four. Noise was not an issue for us and we were next to the stairs.
We will stay again.
