“Wonderful!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 21, 2013

Tour guides are very knowledgeable and the pictures are great! While looking at birds, we thought we saw someone walking a large dog someone over in the park.. it dawned on me that it was likely a wolf... a few animals down the line later and they came back, and the "dog walkers" came by again and turned out in fact they were walking a wolf!! Was a wonderful and beautiful experience... would recommend!

“Worth a visit”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 20, 2013

These people do great work, and it is worthwhile visiting to learn and show support - and give a donation if you can. They had some storm damage over December 2012, which affected access to parts, but not hugely.

It's a perfect home for unwanted critters.and it's in in a vast natural environment. Take your kids. They will love it.

“Enjoyable”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2013 via mobile

We went here on a class fieldtrip. The tour can be a very different vibe depending on what tour guide you get. We got a kind of grouchy old lady who told the kids they were not allowed to make comments only ask questions. It kind of put a damper on the kids excitement level. The animals were great though and the facility was clean and nice. We particularly liked the otter habitat.
