“Anniversary Stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 22, 2012

We went to Spirit Mountain to see .38 Special and Dennis DeYoung in concert and spend the night before heading to Lincoln City. The room was warm and inviting. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The bed was SOOOOOO comfortable! Finally a tub with a light over it so you can see. Hello hotels, pay attention!
One of the best places I have stayed in.

While traveling around Oregon, my wife and I stopped here for an overnight stay. The Spirit Mountain Casino and hotel is a great place to spend the night and enjoy a good meal. The rooms are big and very well decorated. Bed's are great and the rooms have a large bath/dressing area which is always nice. Also, the rooms are very quiet and clean. The check in and out is very quick and without a hassle. We ate supper and breakfast in their buffet and I certainly would recomment it to anyone. Both were tasty and had lot's of variety and the supper buffet especially, had everything you would want plus more, with lot's of deserts with many food stations.
I would certainly stop there again if ever in the vicinity.

We stopped here on our road trip and got a room without a reservation. Check in was fast and they even offered a discount for joining the players club. Everyone we ran into that works here was cheerful and had good attitudes like they actually like their jobs. The standard king room was very nicely decorated and had a comfortable bed too. The bathroom was clean and big.

Room Tip: Nice and quiet 1st floor.

Clean, spacious rooms. An easy walk from casino area. Fast, friendly check in staff. Weekend rates are a bit pricey. But if you can go mid week you can really get a deal. Be sure to sign up for the Coyote Club card for a room discount. Free continental breakfast is included but they have a great breakfast buffet at Cedars. You can also bet a made to order breakfast in the cafe right at the entrance if the casino

Stayed at spirit mountain resort during business trip. check in was slow and staff were not helpful. The rooms are quiet and the beds very comfortable. Location is not convenient unless traveling to the coast.

We have stayed at other Indian casino's in Oregon--this is the best by far! Staff was excellent and accomodating. We only ate at the breakfast buffet (only stayed overnight) and it had a wonderful selection--comparable to larger hotels in Reno & Las Vegas. Others I sat next to on the gaming floor also told me how great the buffet was. Nice selection of fast foods on the gaming floor--some even cooked right there.

The rooms are very nice and roomy--beds the best of any hotel we stayed in in Oregon. By joining the free casino club you get a $20 discount on the room which for us ended up being $60! PLUS when you join you get $10 off of a meal--and there are lots of choices in the hotel beside the buffet.

It is only 20 miles or so inland from Lincoln City on the coast which is where we were headed. We would definitely stay here again.

Besides lots of slot machines, they have dice and other tables on the floor plus a poker room. Additionally they have a well placed non-smoking slot room which was a really nice feature for me

Here's a tip - most of the time people book their hotel rooms way in advance to ensure you get a room. I was looking at rooms at this hotel about 2/3 months out and it was always listed at about $100 a night. I got sidetracked and didn't book at that time and at the last minute (week before our date of arrival) I looked again and found that the rooms were about $63. That was FANTASTIC and much lower then originally found. If there are no special events, shows, or programs going on the rooms go about $60 for coyote club members. So check the dates you are going and plan ahead. =) Buffet is always a must do. It's really not that expensive per person and the options are always great. The variety of food is always well rounded and there's something for everyone. This place actually beats out the casino's on the coast so i'd recommend staying here. There are not many things for young children to do. There is a arcade behind the hotel but it closes at 10. There are no pools, work out rooms just the hotel and the casino. The room was HUGE. We had a king size bed in our and LOTS of space to move and do things. The bathrooms are also huge and wonderful. Our room didn't have towels when we arrived. I called the front desk and a few of them were delievered within 5 mins. I do have to say though that the hallways were extremely cold but inside the rooms were perfect.
