Very disappointing Hotel. Unprofessional staff and managers. Give Holiday inn a bad name forever . . .to bad because we like to travel and have had great service in other towns.

I just stayed 3 days at the Holiday Inn Express in Florence, Oregon. Clean, spacious room. Friendly Staff. Located close to town and the ocean access.

We stayed in a room with two queen beds. It was a little small, and there was a smell of tobacco, though it claimed to be a non-smoking room. On the other hand, the hotel offered an excellent continental breakfast.
