“Small beach”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 25, 2011

Intimate small beach, somewhat protected from the ocean furior. Not much for beachcombing. I guess they use to drive to this beach on the beach at low tides. Not something I would do anytime. Nice place for a bomfire early evening.

“Dont miss this place!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 14, 2011 via mobile

We loved hug point. Great beach with hardly any people and our dog was in heaven with all the swimming. We loved this beach...good parking, great views, excellent. Has an 'undeveloped' feel to it that appealed to us.

“nice for a short beach hike”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 10, 2011

We went looking for the waterfall. We came from the north and almost missed the sign because it was after the actual driveway. there were no directional signs to the waterfall, but it is to the right around the cave. we had to wait for the tide to go out a little bit, but it was worth getting the shoes a little damp. there were a few tide pools with anemones in them and the falls were ok. nothing spectacular, but probably good for small children.

“Name demands”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2011

The name tells about it, a point to stop, look at ocean and hug your loved one(s). We stopped there and were only ones, I guess March is low season for beach holidays. So romantically we had entire place for two of us.
