The Hubster and I made a reservation for our dinner there and were pleasantly surprised. They offered a very lovely prix fixe menu of 3 delightful courses. It started off with homemade rolls, cornbread and a refreshing cranberry compote. Next came a starter which included a crab cake and a deviled duck egg...both so satisfying! The Hubster had a very moist stuffed pork tenderloin which he enjoyed immensely. My main course was a pistachio-encrusted salmon, which was cooked just right with the fish being juicy and rich. Our dessert was lemon sorbet, which was the cool lightness needed to end a hearty delicious meal. Props must be given to gentleman server who does his job with a poise and finesse one rarely encounters!
