“Best in Brookings”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 14, 2013

Awesome burgers and fries, great selection of beers, but most important was the service and friendliness at the bar. Best burger we have had in a long time, sorry we found it at the end of our stay, but we will be back as the beaches and coast in Brookings and beyond are world class. We have traveled extensively.
Vista Pub is a great addition to Brookings.

“Excellent Burger!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 1, 2013

This was a restaurant we tried based on the reviews from Trip Advisor and I am so glad we did. I had the BAB burger and it was so tasty. My husband made his own burger with bacon, egg and ham. The fries were also very good. We could not go there without trying the fried cheese curds with the sweet chili dipping sauce. We got a variety of cheese curds with monterey jack, pepper jack and cheddar. The portions are large...you won't leave there hungry!!

“Absolutely to die for burgers”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 24, 2013

What a great place to stop for burgers on 101. This is a must stop if you are hungry. When walking in the door you are greeted and seated by very friendly employees. I had the Bab special burger without jalapeno's. The burger was cooked exactly as I like it and had blue cheese, bacon with house aoili, lettuce, tomatoes and the best burger bun. It was absolutely mouth watering. We also ordered the clam chowder which was one of the best I have had. Chock full of clams, potatoes and bacon it was to die for. You can order fries, onion rings, salad or fruit as a side with your burger. I had the onion rings and they were heavenly. Battered and light, very tasty and not greasy at all. We all left full and very satisfied.

“Incredible Burgers & Sandwiches”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 20, 2013

We took a chance on this place based on TripAdvisor reviews and were not disappointed. The burger was one of the best I've ever had. My wife's pulled-pork sandwich was fantastic. My boys are picky eaters, so the semi-spicy breading on the chicken strips didn't go over real well, but we made due. I'd like to see them add a bit more seating, but the atmosphere and food was wonderful.

“Expected more”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 19, 2013

Very crowed, local hang out. Live music on certain nights. Waited a good 20 minutes for a table. Pretty much a burger joint but they did have gluten free buns! Burger was very good but nothing really special. Live music was excellent. Seating somewhat crowded. Okay experience.
