We booked a 3 night stay here. I called them 3 times to make sure we had a jacuzzi, kitchen room on ground level.
We arrived had to drag all of our stuff up two stairways and down the hall ( no luggage carts/no elevator). It was so dark in the room that I couldn't even read the phone or motel information book directly under the desk lamp. The light bulbs in the room must have 40 watt bulbs in all the lamps. The room was so 80's. eveything needed to be updated.
The bed is a murphy bed(fold down out of the wall) and there were no lamps that were close enough to the bed to read by.
It was supposed to have a well stocked kitchen. There were no bowls/salad bowl, wine glasses. We had to call down and have them deliver those items, plus a floor lamp so we could see.
The patio was very narrow, no small table only 4 dirty plastic chairs, although it did have a riverview, but that part of the building had no sun on the patio all day. (rm418)
The bathroom had a 2(?) person jacuzzi tub, but you had to fill it almost all the way up to cover the jets, then you had to get in and out of the tub to turn on the jets. The floor was slippery and dangerous. In the morning , I started the dishwasher and it started leaking water all over the kitchen floor. We called to request a different room on the other side of the river but were told there were none that had the kitchen, fireplace, etc. The continental breakfast was the worst I have ever seen!! and I'm not kidding. They had tiny bagels that were so dry that we coudlnt' eat them. The pictures on the website were very deceiving, showed a beautiful hot tub, etc. The room was $155 a night, and definitely wasn't worth it. I canceled the rest of our stay and went over to Sunriver..
