While visiting relatives in Bend, OR during Memorial day weekend, we stayed at he Best Western. We checked in and were given a rate of 109.00 we took the room and unloaded the car. We had all our children with us. After unloading and while the kids were getting changed, I picked up my 1 year old to feed her and her feet were black. She had been riding in the car all day and had not been out to walk around bare foot untill then. The other kids checked their feet and they also were black. It was very disgusting. When we checked in they told us they had no more rooms available so we could do nothing but stay for the night. The kids had to wear socks when they walked around and in the morning had to have their shoes next to the bathroom door after their shower. We checked out first thing in the morning and was charged 119.00 instead of the 109.00 we were told. While looking for a new hotel we told everyone what we experienced and asked to see rooms at other hotels before choosing one. I complained to Best Western and have not heard anything from them, I don't expect to. I would never again stay at a best western again.

On a roadtrip through Oregon we selected this property to stay over for one night. While a bit dated, the motel was adequate for our needs. The room was clean and comfortable, and - typical for a Best Western - nothing was out of the ordinary. The staff was very helpful and the motel is right on the main street through town (Highway 101), which also makes it convenient for those who are just passing through.

Not the most up to date property, but comfortable and clean. We did not notice any odors in the room and I am sensitive to those things.

Nice clean rooms. Polite and professional staff. Located in heart of town, convenient to everything. Would stay again or recommend to others.

We stayed here while house-hunting in the area. Our room smelled strongly of the dedodorizer mentioned in another review. We were concerned about the black mold spots on the walls and ceiling of the bathroom - yuck! We won't be able to recommend this facility to visiting family and friends!
