“Nice place!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 2, 2013

Nice place and the rate was reasonable. We had our little dog with us and we got a nice room with two beds right next to the grass! We wanted a place close to downtown so we could walk to the restaurants, but we didn't want to pay a lot of money, and this hotel was a good choice. The breakfast was deluxe, the room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. We'd definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Ask for a room by the grass if you have a pet

We stayed at the Three Sisters Inn in Bend, Oregon and had a nice, quiet stay. We had a double room, off of the Main Street and were surprised at how quiet our room was. The room was well maintained and clean, and had a convenient walking strip for our dog to tend to business. Our only disappointment came when we went to the breakfast room to grab a quick bite before continuing our journey. The coffee wasn't very hot, the eggs were rubbery, and the sausage was very greasy. Then tried an apple, a bit mushy and absolutely no flavor. We felt that had they NOT have offered breakfast we would have had a better review for them. Perfect until the end! Even tho it is was complimentary, we would have spent the time at an actual restaurant, and would have ordered something worth spending our road time eating.

I usually like Best Western but this property may have changed that. My room was dirty...food on the remote control that they have in this little stand saying they take special care to keep it clean! The rooms were run down and dark. My family said it looked like they did the bare minimum to furnish the room...and even then some of the chairs didn't have tables and some of the tables didn't have lights...so they were virtually useless. The down comforters are clumped inside and feel like a blanket of rocks. We asked for a couple of reasonable things and it seemed like the answer to everything was "no, we can't do that." The breakfast was below average...and the coffee was even bad. When we registered, the fellow checking us in had some revolting food spilled on the front of his shirt and I had a bad feeling about the place. Should have left then. And, I payed over $100 for this experience!

Room Tip: Stay somewhere else.

The staff is very professional and extremely courteous, the rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable, the amenities are good, and for a hotel with outside doors, it's surprisingly quiet despite being located near a busy street.
I travel around Oregon for work and have about ten hotel stays each month. This is one of my very favorite places to overnight. For all it offers it is an excellent price -- great value!

Excellent room for under $100 (before tax). Handy location, no complaints. This was the best value for the money of any of the Best Westerns we stayed in in Oregon or Washington. Didn't use the pool but it looked quite nice. With the breakfast factored in for two people the price was even better.

We had a family emergency when my father-in-law was struck by a pickup while walking in a crosswalk and was transported to the hospital in Bend. We drove from California and my sister-in-law came from Colorado as well as my other sister-in-law who had been with him since the crash. We arrived late at night distraught and tired. After leaving the hospital very late and needing some where to go we arrived by chance here. When I walked in and told the lovely young lady behind the counter my situation she said we have a "hospital rate" and gave us two rooms, with two beds each. We were there for two days and I cannot say enough good about how everyone treated us. Thank you over and over.
