“Empty and odd service”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed February 4, 2014

We visited here after dinner for dessert, and coffee. they were very empty on a Saturday night, this should have been a sign.
we ordered a "scratch made" lava cake. It was "baked" for us in less than 10 min, and on the first bite we pulled a long blonde hair out of the cake batter. we asked for a new cake, and was given one, but not after the owner tried to tell us that the hair was at first just a caramel drizzle, that looked like a hair, and then he came back a second time to tell us the hair was only on the plate, and not in the cake itself. the lattes we had tasted like they came form a Keurig, not good. We should have avoided this place form the start.

“Friendly Decadence”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 4, 2014

Dropped in for cocktails after dinner. Wish we had saved room for dessert! Lots of tantalizing treats and candies available as well as warm and cold chocolate drinks (both with and without alcohol). Nice wine selection and a very friendly staff make this a great place to choose. They have a full menu and bar (although their non-chocolate alcohol "depth" is only about one label deep).

“Sweet Retreat”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 2, 2013

My wife and I stopped in during the First Friday Art Walk and tried the bruschetta sampler with a glass of wine. The menu was so tempting we were a little sorry we had dinner reservations around the corner. The staff was friendly and helpful and the bruschetta was excellent!!. We liked the Redman Pinot we sampled so well we left with a bottle from their nice selection of wines. My wife works in downtown and said she hadn't known about this place, but would definitely make it a lunch regular in the future. Well worth a stop.

“great place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 24, 2013

I stopped by for a glass of wine and a little chocolate and was not disappointed. the handmade chocolates were wonderful, not too sweet, just right. The staff was friendly and the owner I spoke with clearly had a passion. I will miss these wonderful treats at home on the east coast

“Great fun!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 15, 2013

A great way to end a day of hiking in the Bend area. Nice wines and really great desserts. The salted caramel brownie is the best I've tasted.
