The Lara House was awesome, and the staff was so pleasant. It felt just like home, and we didn't want to leave! We'll definitely go back in the future and would recommend it to everyone.

If you want lovely home cooked breakfasts, wonderful accomodation and hospitality Lara Lodge is the place to stay in Bend. The staff are friendly and will do anything to ensure your stay with them exceeds your expectations. The breakfasts are fabulous and the wine in the evening is a lovely touch. I totally recommend Lara House and can't wait to return.

The Lara House is a home really, and one that feels comfortable and familiar, even upon your first stay. Ideally situated in Bend, and run by the kindest and most hospitable staff, Lara House quickly became one of my very favorite B&B's. I stayed with my sister and we enjoyed a beautiful room, a terrific wine and delicious appetizer hour (terrific conversation enjoyed with staff and guests), and an amazing breakfast. Really, a perfect stay. Well worth the price and certainly where I will stay during all future trips to Bend.

My husband and I stayed at the Lara House for 5 nights this August and had a wonderful time. The house sits in a beautiful part of Bend right across the street from Drake Park. The location is perfect. The park, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. The house was lovely inside and out. We enjoyed meeting the other guests and sharing breakfast (the breakfast was amazing) and happy hour with them. We met great folks and the friendly staff really made the stay that much more pleasant. They were always available, had great tips on places to see and made us very comfortable. I highly recommend the Lara House.
