The hashbrowns are great! The coffee is not. But everything else is pretty darned good for an inexpensive, greasy spoon. But I was puzzled at the little paper cup of frozen peas accompanying my dish, which I believe was called "Pauline's Favorite". My fellow diners had biscuits and gravy (great) and blueberry pancakes (also great, but get them with the blueberries in the pancakes).
If you go on a Sunday, it will be very busy. The place runs like a well-oiled machine, so they will get to you when it's your turn, and bring you some coffee right away in your own unique mug (they have a cool display of different mugs on the wall). Everyone is really nice and helpful with the very large menu. Forget your cholesterol count and waistline and order what you want (walk it off on the beach later!!). I've been there three times while visiting the Oregon coast and it's all good at the Minute! What a fantastic breakfast joint!
