From taking your reservations, booking your tee times, greeting you in jeans, picking fresh berries, to buying your favorite cocktail ingredients - he does it all!! Once your his guest you'll be best friends for life. The Bandon Dunes Golf resort is very close & these courses are Fantastic! Al makes sure you get the best caddies, too. Don't confuse this one with "Bandon Inn" - they're Very different. "A Bandon Inn", Al's place, is casual, natural & first-class all the way!!!

I was extremely impressed with "A Bandon Inn". The place went way beyond my expectations. The room was cozy, and had everything we needed. The veiw was amazing. The Breakfast and drinks were outstanding. This all came along with the most exceptional host, Al. I wish everyone in the business were as nice and accomodating as he is. Al made the reservations for dinner and tee times so we didn't have to worry about a thing. He even called the place we were having dinner to let them know we were on the way, so right when we walked in the door the hostess at the restaurant greeted us by name and had our table ready. On top of that, we had the best seat in the place. This is all thanks to Al. We will definetly be back again.

I just returned from a four-day golf outing with seven other male friends to Bandon, Oregon. Because the rooms at Bandon Dunes were full, we made reservations at a new place called A Bandon Inn. Al is the owner and has built what I would call an executive "home" that caters to golfers. It is a well appointed place with many comforts you'd find at home. It was more like a vacation home in many ways. Al will make sure that you get what ever you need. The breakfast is wonderful, the wine is of your choosing, the TV is large, etc. I had a massage while I was there from a woman who specializes in golfer muscle use. I was tight from two days of golf at Bandon and Pacific Dunes and she got me feeling fabulous. It did not help my score though. Pacific Dunes was tough! A Bandon Inn is THE place to stay if you have four golfers who want the best, or eight golfers who don't mind sharing rooms. We had six and it was a great experience.
