“Don't Stay Here! Biker noise keeps you up!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed July 8, 2013

My girlfriends and I stayed here the night before her wedding, and it was a HUGE mistake! We booked a room with two queens and a sleeper sofa, and we got 1 king and a sleeper sofa. We had to sleep 3 girls in the king bed because they overbooked! Then, we discovered that we didn't have any sheets or pillows for the sleeper sofa, and just one disgusting blanket. When we called down to request pillows and sheets, they told us that they couldn't get it for us because the maids lock them up. WHAT?

The worst part was they put us in a part of the hotel that faced a biker bar, and as the bikers were leaving around 1:30am-2:30am, they would rev their engines constantly and wake everyone up. Probably one of the most frustrating night's sleep I've ever had.

We asked for a discount, and the guy on staff at night offered a measly $15 discount, but then the lady at checkout the next day wouldn't honor it!

Room was clean and spacious, beds comfortable. The breakfast was good, pool was at a good temperature and a decent size. The staff treated us well and each time we returned appeared glad to see us. One of the desk clerks even said "welcome home" each time. There are plenty of good places to eat down the street.

No snack vending. No quarters available for guest laundry-very inconvenient! Problems with Guest computer and staff would not assist me. Pool was dirty and at a very low level. Our room did not get cleaned 3 of the 8 days we were there, the front desk told me I probably had a DND on my door-NOT TRUE! Everytime I went to the front desk-the staff was just sitting on a bar stool with a ear piece in their ear surfing the net. Never saw Management the entire week I was there. Ran out of breakfast 3 of the 8 days. The Pool is on back of hotel with lots of windows to clearly see who is swimming-when I pulled up one night a man came up to me and told me to be careful to go swimming becasue there are peeping toms that are looking in the pool area and taking the girls things. (scarey) Management and customer service fell below my expectations especially for a Comfort Suites.

We only live 10 miles from here, but it was a great place to cure the winter blues. We took our granddaughter and spent two days in the heated pool and hot tub. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and let us have a late checkout

This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I've really enjoyed it both times. Not only are the rooms clean and spacious, but the free breakfast in the morning can't be beat. A full breakfast with lots of choices, and the waffles were amazing! Staying at this hotel makes the short drive to Oklahoma City not that big of a deal. Definitely worth staying at!

We stay here every year and always have a good stay. This year. We encountered bedbugs at about midnight after pulling out the sofa bed. Normally We never have a problem. The front desk staff was very helpful and moved us to a different room and comped our stay. Would normally rate at 5 stars but this was enough to knock it down a notch. Ovrrall...a good stay at a good value.

After leaving the Econo Lodge in Oklahoma City, dead tired and more than ticked at the deplorable condition of that place, we happened upon this Comfort Suites (saw sign and building from freeway and had to turn around). It was in a great, quiet area; the room was comfortable and large; the Front Desk clerk took pity on us and found us a suite with a sofa for my husband to use (he sleeps with a CPAP mask and is more comfortable semi-sitting up)--without a reservation and "last minute." We slept very well, albeit after a long exhausting day, woke up refreshed, enjoyed the breakfast, and got on our way after only a "blip on the radar" because of the staff at this hotel. Recommend the place HIGHLY!

Room Tip: We had absolutely NO problems with this hotel, so a tip shouldn't be needed by travelers.
