I love Oklahoma BBQ. And the best test for Ribs is the Shake test. Pick up a rib by the bone and give it a shake. The very best and the meat starts to separate from the bone. With WIlson's Midtown location, I didn't even manage to get a full shake. Just picking it up and the meat just slid off the bone. Tender, juicy Amazing. The Brisket is awesome too.
I hate Bologna and I ate the Real Smoked Bologna here with a smile. Coleslaw, Beans - just can't find a thing wrong here. Amazing stuff. The Apache store is still dang good, but good luck fightin yer way in through those crowds at Lunch time.
