"Inspired American" Our menu options are Inspired American, which means everything we offer is created here, in house and nothing, except our ice cream, is frozen. The dishes, sauces, presentations , spiced ketchup, and mustard -are all original creations of our Executive Chef: Erik Reynolds. I did not like my expensive meal. It was undercooked tuna, so you decide if that's something you like.

“INCREDIBLE food and experience all around”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 6, 2013

This chef and this restaurant competes with any fine steakhouse in America, even in the best food cities. The commitment to excellence, complex flavors and preparation of extraordinary steaks are highlights exceeded only by the quality of the staff and their service. Tim is the Asst Manager who could work in any fine dining establishment and makes the whole place feel like home. The staff's ability to remember guests' names, preferences, et al is outstanding. The cigar room is a delightful bonus to the overall experience and their cigar selection is top notch. Leather sofas make the room altogether refined yet relaxed.

The Bacon Jam Bruchetta is to die for and addicting beyond belief. The filet and the ribeye are velvety, savory, tenderness that melt in your mouth. The hamburger should be world-famous as it is made from the trimmings of the tenderloin, ribeye and briskets. I am seriously working to figure out a way to Federal Express these burgers to my home town. Smoke provides an ambiance, service, focus upon every detail and commitment to exceptional food quality, taste and presentation worthy of a 5-star destination.

“HORRIBLE”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed May 3, 2013

My salad was warm with burnt croutons, when they brought my sandwich out the bread was so badly burned I thought it was a joke! When I told the waitress I wasn't eating a burnt sandwich, she started to argue with me, then took it back to the kitchen and after a long wait she returned with it. My husband had a burned hamburger and cold french fries. I would NEVER go to this place again and there were others around us that seemed dissatisfied with their food also.

“Great eclectic food in Tulsa!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 29, 2013 via mobile

Spectacular quail leg appetizer, fantastic, interesting, unusual dinner special (grilled Mahi Mahi on Okra/Mushroom Risotto with Creole Jerk Sauce.

Dessert was just so-so, and wine list is somewhat high-priced, hence a 4 rather than a 5.

Service was unrefined but friendly and considerate, atmosphere relaxed and comfortable. A great find in a city NOT reknowned as a culinary Mecca.

“Will dream about the food for a long time!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 23, 2013 via mobile

This food here is so awesome, we were sad we weren't staying in Tulsa longer so we could come back for another meal. You start with complimentary homemade potato chips with red onion ranch dipping sauce.....just yummy. Then the BEST cheeseburger I have ever had. Everything here is homemade and incredibly fresh.

This place is so good, we'd come back to Tulsa to just eat here!
