My wife and I were in downtown Tulsa to go see Paul McCartney and stopped in at Joe Momma's to grab what we thought would be a quick meal. I ordered a cordon bleu sandwich and my wife ordered a meatbll sub (minus the bread - gluten intolerance). After watching a number people that arrived after us receive their food, I was get irritated. Our waitress kept buzzing by us without a word until I was able to catch her and ask her to ask about our order. She stated that she had asked about our order - it would have been nice if she could have stopped and informed us. I have doubt that she had checked on our food since she didn't volunteer that she had checked on our order.. Finally, our food arrived 38 minutes after we placed the order. As a result, we had to rush our meal, then haul butt across downtown to get to the concert. T
he food did taste good, but with little time to consume it, it was not a pleasant experience. We did receive a discount of around 45%, as well as a couple of complimentary cards for bread for a subsequent visit. Those were nice gestures, but keeping us informed would have been more appreciated. Anyway, I have to grade the place how we experienced it.
