I quit going to Lucky's because the menu seems to never change. While the "staples" on the menu are usually pretty good, I get tired to seeing the same things every time I visit. So, I hadn't been to Lucky's in a couple of years. Went back, and the menu is still the same. There are occasional specials. While the food is pretty good, it is the same menu and has been for years. There is too much competition in Tulsa for me to go see the same menu over and over.
Restaurant is noisy (hard floors), and noisier so if full.
Service was good. Wine list is adequate, with some interesting selections.
Pricing yields this on the high side for the overall experience, given the competition in Tulsa restaurants.
