My family checked into a 2 room suite while looking for a house in the process of relocating to Tulsa area for 2 1/2 weeks. First of all the housekeeping service is the worst I have ever seen. They would take our towels and forget to bring us more, not vacuum room, replace toilet paper, nor clean bathrooms. When you go to front desk to ask for toilet paper and towels they expect you to walk your dirty ones down 3 flights of stairs. I complained constantly, but nothing changed the whole time I was there then they complain our room is dirty upon check out. Duh, it was never vacuumed, or wiped down by the staff in over 2 weeks! The first night upon check in the front desk called to see if our room was good, I alerted them the telephone cord kept falling out while speaking to her and the leg on the table in front of the pull out couch was loose when we went to pull out bed. After we checked out they charged my credit card for a broken table leg and messy room! They have ignored my phone calls and emails, meanwhile I am having to dispute charges with my bank. The refrigerator in the room kept freezing our gallon of milk solid, front desk said we would need to wait until we checked out to do anything about it. Maintenance man did come and turn it down, then it wouldn't keep anything cold. The cable on the bedroom tv was snow on more than 3 channels. The cable selections were not for families, no Disney, Nick, ABCFamily, or CW but they did have over 4 ESPNs. The breakfast was nothing to brag about: make your own waffles, bagels, toast, hard boiled eggs still in shells, yogurt, milk, juice, and coffee. Area is industrial right off Broken Arrow Expressway, about a mile to fast food and 3 miles to shopping but a decent restaurant next door called Shiloh's we ate breakfast a couple times. I'm a gold member with La Quinta and have stayed at many throughout the US and have never came across one that had such poor customer service and housekeeping. No business center, pool is outside and very dirty, wireless internet connection in rooms is very slow (don't expect to be able to watch streaming of your tv shows you are missing because lack of cable on the tvs, it is too intermittent).
