The hotel is conveniently located off the interstate. Check in was done w/ease and quick and accommodating Hotel Staff & Restaurant staff very professional & created a "family" atmosphere. The restaurant has a nice variety of meals. Would definitely return....

This is almost the archetypal bad motel. Thin walls so we heard guy in next room on phone and his TV. Air conditioning didn't reall work, not so bad as it cooled off in evening, but I wouldn't want to be there in hot and humid summer. Bugs in bathroom.

On the otherhand, bed was comfy and wifi was fast. Good if you must stay in Stroud, otherwise, I'd drive on.

Room tip: Upstairs, at least you don't have people clomping around over you.

Stayed here one night while on the road. Has a restaurant which is good for a meal after traveling all day. There was once an outlet mall nearby but that was destroyed by a tornado. Several road workers staying in the hotel but they were polite and quiet. As noted in the title an older property but adequate for what it is.

Room tip: ask for a room at the rear - they will be cooler

Very nice facility, my handicapped room was clean and comfortable. I travel with a service dog and yet the clerk tried to charge a pet fee which is against the Americans with Disabilities act. Beware of additional fees.

Thank you for staying with us at the Best Western Stroud Motor Lodge. We appreciate your business and remember you quite well. When you arrived the front desk clerk did not realize your dog was a service dog. Upon finding this out she was more than pleased to wave the pet fee. After checking you in she and another member of our staff took the time to step around to the lobby so they could converse with and even pet the dog for they were so impressed with the beauty and how well mannered it was. It was never our intent to offend you and I apologize for any inconvenience or bad feelings this may have caused you to have.

This motel must be for travelers who only stay for one night. The early morning hours are loud so don't expect to sleep late. The staff is very hospitable and the restaurant is decent. Not a bad value for a one night stay.

Thank you for staying at the Best Western Motor Lodge. I'm pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay but I regret that you were awoken in the morning by noise. We have a lot of workers that stay with us and leave for their jobs at very early hours sometimes. I understand that this can be a hindrance to other guests that are trying to sleep. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. If I can be of further assistance feel free to call me.
