“Two night business trip”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 13, 2012

Stayed two nights. As Gold was given access to Lounge. It was a welcomed break. Second night there the hotel had warm chocolate cookies in lobby and wine/cheeses thank you for guests. Truly a nice touch.
At check in a pleasant clerk, Patricia was very prompt and helpful. This hotel gives 500 bonus points for going green.
I only had one negative, NO Momday night football as they have no ESPN

We have stayed here twice. Location is great, walking distance to bricktown and dining options. Cleanliness was so-so. Carpets in hallways are dirty and stained. There was a used chewing tobacco can in our room, it's big and should not have been missed. Rooms were both large and well laid out. The first room ended in 18 and we heard the elevators roaring all night! It was like sleeping next to a freaking roller coaster. Seriously, these rooms should not be offerred to guests paying upwards of $140 per night! Check in was hit and miss. One lady was upset because she couldn't continue to carry on her conversation with her boyfriend because we were trying to check in. He was irritated too and kept circling behind us. Breakfast had fresh fruit, kashi cereals, and made to order omelets. It was included in our rate but I don't think I'd spend $15 on it. There seem to be other options a short drive away. Would I stay here again...maybe. Definately not in a room next to the elevator!

Okay, this place is aging but somewhat gracefully, Needs new carpets but the rooms are in great shape. Neither the ice machine or the soda machine worked on our floor, had to go down a floor. Valet parking available but you could self park and only $7. Overall good location for the Chesapeake Arena, Cox Convention Center, All of Bricktown and not too many blocks from the Memorial. Friendly staff, nice beds, nothing real bad wrong here.

The hotel met all of the minimumrequirements. It was clean, had beds, and toilet paper. The problem was the room we were shared a wall with the elevators. So it was loud.
The area was nice and we wandered around Bricktown down there. Down side was all of the drinkers seemed to get back when we did, so A+ for the little area, and F for keeping me up all night.
Parking garage scared my friends, crazy spiral thing...
Anyway its a sheraton.

Once again the Sheraton was home to the state bar convention. The rooms are decent but hotel and convention center absolutely need updated. Smells in the elevators and convention rooms. Food for large banquet was late and the worst I've had in 12 bar conventions. Flavorless rubber grilled chicken parts Terrible cheese and pretzel
Overbooked on rooms werent ready until after 4 and several prople w reservations turned away

The facilities at the Sheraton Oklahoma City Hotel are very well maintained and professionally presented. The staff service was excellent and always pleasant / friendly. The guest rooms were exceptional in comfort, cleanliness, and well designed for visitors.
Food service was very tasty and presented in an appealing venue. The service was very customer oriented with acceptable ease in making subsitutions.
Would definitly return to this facility if I am in Oklahoma City in the future.

Room Tip: Location was within walking distance to the Federal Building Memorial and to the "Bricktown&quo...

This former Westin Hotel continues its slow and sad slip to mediocrity. While our room was clean and comfortable, it also showed signs of overuse and neglect. The lobby bar and other common areas are tired and worn. Nevertheless, the staff was pleasant, the room was clean and the price was fair. The location is also a plus for downtown events and restaurants. Keep your expectations reasonable and will have a reasonable stay.
