“Always surprisingly good”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 23, 2013

I actually live pretty close to Ingrid's, but often forget to go there, but when I do I am ALWAYS blown away. Their specials are always amazing and usually come with some wonderful dessert choice and their deli sandwiches are curiously excellent--I say 'curiously' because I can never quite figure out how a sandwich can be quite so good, heck, it's just a sandwich, right? I guess it's due to the fresh baked bread and quality meats and cheeses--I usually go for some kind of rye that I typically wouldn't have at home.

Give it a whirl. Both locations are wonderful, though the original (36th & Youngs) has a wider range of choices.

“Great food and desserts wow!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 12, 2013

A friend of the family told us about this place, it's amazing, the good are absolutely delicious, the potatoes were great. The hot dogs are big and juicy, the staff are very helpful and sweet. We can't wait to go back again, maybe for lunch or breakfast this time. If you've never been you should.

“Amazing Lunch!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 6, 2013

Went here a few months ago during the summer... Nice air conditioning, great food, & to die for deserts! I only ate here for lunch and it was a good atmosphere. Not sure how good it would be for dinner. You have to stand in line at the cash register to order and pay. No waiters or anything and you fill your drink yourself.
