“Great location but bit expensive”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 3, 2014

This hotel is in a great location in brick town. Easy walking to all the eateries and downtown events and of course bass pro. Our room was the two bedroom suite and it was very clean and new - bedding was actually amazing! The staff was great at checkin - very friendly and accommodating. I actually wish we could have stayed longer than one night ! However, my one complaint is the noise from the nearby highway - and of course because of the great location this can't be helped. However ask for a room facing downtown and not towards the back - or those facing bass pro. Earplugs didn't help either - very loud at 5:30 am. Also - It is a quick shot to the airport !

We stayed here during the ASA 18 Gold Softball Nationals and it was by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at! Close to all the downtown area, room was great, it was quiet even though there was construction behind the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the only issue we had was they were resurfacing the parking lot and we had to park at Bass Pro Shop, but it was not a big deal! I recommend this to anyone traveling with kids who need a little space so they can sleep in! We had a one bedroom suite and it was worth the extra money! Go visit them the next time you go to Oklahoma City!! Bricktown is growing and they have a great choice of restaurants but shopping is limited.

Stayed with 4 friends in a 2 bedroom suite. Very roomy! Had 1 king bed, 2 double beds, and a pull out sofa. Also, 2 bathrooms. Very well appointed. Breakfast was plentiful; great variety. A couple of issues: I couldn't get the thermostat to go below 72 so it got a little warm for sleeping. Also, they charge $10 to park. Being from this area, I really can't understand having to pay to park at your hotel in OKC. Other than that, our stay was great! Highly recommend!

Let me start with.... bad bad bad experience. This is not right to charge $$$ during construction. Dirty bathroom, reused countertops, not properly installed, that is why I know they reused, door in my room did not work and internet was not functioning too, not wireless not even earth net cable. Was promised that on my second night stay door will get fixed, but later learned that they really did not mean it.

Room Tip: get different hotel in the area

My grand daughter and I attended the final game of the 2014 WCWS in OKC. Residence Inn loaded the bases with location, service and cleanliness, then the Florida Lady Gators knocked it out of the yard!! First thing we saw in the lobby at check it was Hannah Rogers and other team and staff members!!
It was an awesome stay and we plan to be back for 2015. No complaints here.

Room Tip: upper floor, facing the river, away from elevators

Stayed on the 6th floor where the rooms had just been refurbished. Rooms are large, with comfortable beds and attractive, clean finishes. The outdoor pool is larger than most hotel pools. Best of all is the location of the hotel. There are wide, meandering sidewalks that lead to the ball park and Bricktown. Great choice for buisness travelers and families.
