We learned about Lotsa Noodles under new ownership through a business owner in the same strip mall where Lotsa Noodles occupies the southeast corner. We tried their fare and became devoted fans. My husband even attempted their huge, spiciest noodle food challenge and has the T-shirt to prove it. We enjoy the Blazin' Cajun noodle bowl, but we like our peppers hot, hot, hot. You can enjoy milder dishes such as Pad Thai, Heart Healthy Chicken Primavera, a variety of rice dishes, noodle-free dishes such as Pesto Shrimp, sandwiches, soups, salads, or appetizers such as Cheese Wonton. Specials include days when kids eat free, but kids always eat for less with a variety of offerings and cotton candy for dessert. Although the service is low-key in that customers order, take a number, find a seat and wait for hot food to be delivered while they fill their own drinks, the service is nevertheless friendly, and the quality of the food far exceeds the low-key atmosphere. If you dare, take the huge Blazin' Cajun noodle bowl challenge. Be prepared to sweat. The smoky India ghost pepper is part of the recipe. You won't be sorry if you love noodle recipes from around the world and good food.
