“good food but nothing out of the ordinary”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 21, 2014

my husband and I stopped over one evening for a bite after watching a movie at the Coleman theater. The burgers were good but I wouldn't say they were the best I've ever had.The fries tasted like McDonalds so nothing special there. We got cones for dessert ;a chocolate for me and vanilla for my husband. They didn't have chocolate ice cream so they used chocolate yogurt instead. It was hard to eat as a cone cause the yogurt was so soft. Plus the cone itself had a slight off taste to it.Would I go back? Yes I just plan on trying something else off their menu next time.

“Last chain survivor”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 2, 2014

Ku-Ku's is our kind of old fashioned burgers. The price seems to be old fashioned too as it was an excellent bargain. It is on Route 66 and one of the only remaining of a former chain of Ku-Ku's. Nothing much has changed, which adds to its charm. Anyone in this area must try a burger basket.

The ku ku is a very nostalgic place to eat. The folks were very friendly. I had the buffalo burger and it was ok. Not the best i had ever had but ok. The ku ku fries were great!!! Id stop by again.

“WE'RE KU-KU FOR KU-KU !!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 20, 2014

We were so intrigued by the sign. It was from a different era. We drove by it several times while exploring Miami and just had to stop. We went through the drive-in and both ordered the giant burger. It was so good! It reminded us of the old fashioned burgers you used to get at diners of the past. There was very little wait and the people were very friendly. We will definitely be back when we are in Miami.
