“Decent food extremely overpriced”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed March 21, 2012

The food was decent, but I wouldn't class it at the same level their prices are at. Holy crap! Go with a big pocket of money and expect to sit awhile awaiting your food.

“Not impressed.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 3, 2012

This place gets a lot of good press but I found it to be completely average food with poor ambiance.

“Worst Italian Ever”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed November 13, 2011

Dont waste your money at this place!

The sauce tasted as if it had burnt, yet they used it.

The baseball teams (anywhere) could use their meatballs for the game. Again they were over-cooked and super tough.

“GiaComo's was one of the worst 'Italian' dining experiences we have had”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed October 4, 2011

The atmosphere, kitschy in a Rat Park-like manner, was actually charming. I could visualize my parents having eaten at a place like this. Unfortunately, that was the high point of the experience. From the taste-free pastas and meats to the hygenically-challenged server who couldn't be bothered to find our table despite waiting on those around us (locals, it seems) repeatedly, even to the point of ignoring us waving and calling to her on more than one occasion.

We are typically above-average tippers, but chose to pay cash for the meal (to avoid a name being on a credit card receipt) and not to tip at all due to the horrendous service. There was no sign of anything approximating a supervisor throughout the entire time we were there. GiaComo's would have been overpriced for 'good' food; for what we suffered through, it was reprehensible.

“Don't bother”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2011

Was hungry for Italian food and a glass of wine after a hot day. The air conditioning was basically non existent so it was hot eating. They don't serve wine which was a disappointment. The salad was warm and the bread was burnt. Ordered the fettucini and the sauce was runny. It came with a ravioli and a meatball-their red sauce was horrid. I wouldnt recommend this place.
