Free continental breakfast. Room was comfy and with room fridge and microwave. Nice and cool ac/heater. They also have washer and dryer. Nothing fancy just basic needs at a good price. About 10min or less drive to fort sill military base. Overall not bad

My son was graduating from Basic Training at Fort Sill... We found this hotel because it was close the base and reasonably priced... What was offered in their advertising and what we got were two different things.
Positives: Staff was pleasant. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Air Conditioning worked great.

Negatives: Peeling paint on ceilings. Poorly sealed exterior door bottoms (I could see daylight/large gaps under door) Thin walls - you could hear the TV in the next rooms and interactions among guest outside. Carpet was old. Rooms had no plugs and extension cords were overfilled. Window shades did a poor job of blocking out bright lights from outside. Inconsistent room stocking day to day (some days they replenished our cups and some days they did not). Bathroom/Bathtub was falling apart. Multiple repairs to tub tile with the drywall behind it rotten. Gaps around facet and the facet handle was broken. Overall, the room was very rundown and in need of being remodeled! Breakfast was inconsistent; some days there was yogurt and such and some days there was not. Staff was not attentive to the coffee pots. Normally we would take advantage of the continental breakfast... We did not eat here once over 3 days!

For what we got and what we paid, very overpriced! With the no refund policy, we had no options but to stay there the full 3 days.

Room Tip: Distance form the base is irrelevant. Spend a little more $$ and go elsewhere!

For the $value, this couldn't be beat! The hotel staff went out of their way to accomodate our extra unexpected guests. I would stay again if the opportunity ever arises.

We stayed 4 nights with kids. It was not bad for the price. The staff is really nice and helpful. The rooms were clean (we had non-smoking) except for a pillow case that had a smudge on it but it could have dropped prior to cleaning. There was an issue in the middle of one of the nights where the manager came banging on the door but there was a leak somewhere and they needed to find it so that was understandable and he was very apologetic. We were next to the LOUDEST woman ever who got on the phone at 6:20 am and did not shut up till 7:45 am. Her family was very loud. In saying this, it is not so much the hotel but rather the rude guests. The walls are very thin so be respectful and keep the noise down. The continental breakfast was just that. There is a waffle maker and that was good. It is just a lite holdover till you can actually eat but there was plenty for all. The air conditioner did not help too much. Either it was too cold or too hot but it worked. The kids loved the pool. There isn't much to do in Lawton so that was a highlight :)

Again, the staff was really nice. It was clean. They were very accommodating. It served its purpose which was to sleep. It is not the Hamptons but it was good. We would use them again.

Room Tip: 2nd floor would be best for sound.
