It's like 4 small Museums, and one big compilation of buildings. The Route 66 part isn't that big. You probably won't see anything different than you have seen at other 66 Museums. I would call 2 of the buildings American Heritage type places, still interesting. The last building is the farm museum, still neat. These 4 buildings are just part of a make shift town. There are probably 20 or so store fronts that make up the entire facade. You shouldn't be disappointed for $5.
