This place needs serious renovation OR to be condemned! I am 7 months pregnant and my husband and I went to meet people to sell his car to and this place was SCARY! it literally made you not want to sleep without a gun close by. There was a crackhead woman and her many kids right next door to us (we were room 108) and they were up ALL NIGHT! the bathroom smelled like pee and it took the room WAY too long to cool off. AND the worst part that the room was 100 bucks! I used to work at a Hilton where rooms were that much and this place shouldn't have charged more than 60 bucks for these rooms. Really needs to be renovated and updated. the ONLY nice things was the flat screen TV.

I researched hotels on the internet (not this site, unfortunately) as we traveled across Oklahoma to get to Arizona. I thought this hotel looked good from the website and had all that we were looking for--indoor pool, bar/lounge, breakfast. Our room was small, only had full sized beds. The bathroom was dirty (uncleaned toilet and hair in tub). The pool was OK, but way at the end of the property and you had to walk around the building to get to it from the outside. This wouldn't have been bad if it wasn't freezing outside. And finally, there was no lounge or bar as mentioned!! The owners should update their website to refect this!! If you are looking for cheap and don't care where you lay your head down, go for it. If you are looking for nice and higher end, look elsewhere.

I gave the review this titile because the outside is a little deceiving. We had walked out of another motel for which we had a discount coupon (even had holes in the walls), were exhausted from driving and this one didn't look promising after dark. I have to say, we had one of the best experiences of our trip here traveling from Ohio to Phoenix . Matt, at the front desk was really wonderful and definitely had excellent people skills! He knew we had just left another motel, gave us keys to two rooms to look at before we booked. He said we would find they were exceptionally clean and comfortable..and they were. The outside looked dated but the rooms were great. The ice machine, however, was in the front office which was a separate building from the rooms and not conventient. It was cold, we were tired, and needed ice at night and in the morning for our small cold carrier. The only negative to our stay.
The office had a small restaurant attached and was just closing as we got there. The "Cowboy Cafe" also looked dated (on the outside) and not very appealing. Well, it was fantastic! Even though they were clearing up and closing, they brought back the salad bar and made our sandwiches to take back to our rooms. They were more than friendly! The next morning the continental breakfast was in the Cowboy and Cafe. It was filled with local people and our waitress was an exceptional woman named Jo, who made our breakfast experience outstanding. We hope we will hit this motel, restaurant, waitress and desk clerk on our way back to Ohio. Thank you Jo and Matt for a wonderful experience.

Room Tip: Don't miss the Cowboy Cafe!
