Very good burgers cooked to order -- they offer a huge selection of MEATS, from Angus to Bison and Kobe beef, turkey, sausage and more. This is unusual. And several varieties of very good homebaked buns -- pretzel, plain, "everything". These are not wimply supermarket buns, but good toothy bakery buns.
You get a choice of a vast variety of toppings, and pretty good (if greasy) fries (the kind with the peel on).
There is little else on the menu but soda pop.
You can't avoid the fact that Burger Nuts is basically a re-run of "Five Guys Burgers". The same ambiance, the same food basically and oh yeah, the free peanuts you can shell and make a mess with.
Prices are about the same too, meaning "kind of high for a fast food joint". Burgers run $4.69 for a single, and $5.69 for a double. The speciality meats are a couple bucks higher, I think the highest is Kobe at $7.29 for a single.
If you took the whole family, you'd be looking at close to $45 to feed 4 people. For that, you could probably all go to Applebee's and bit more "ambiance".
But I can't say a bad thing about the juicy, perfectly cooked burger I had, with TONS of free toppings (all you want). We go a couple of times a year, when we find ourselves out that way (Euclid, east of SOM in Willoughby, near the big Target, Petsmart and BJs plaza). It is also next to the Panera.
