Hairs in the tub. Hairs in the bed! Noisy with poor desk help. Poor breadfast. Pass this one by.

Ok, well first off the whole hotel smelled of nicotine, regardless of whether or not you were in the smoking section. The rooms were extremely run-down and outdated. Lamps were broken and the electrical wiring in the building looks as if it was installed by Hebert Hoover. Rooms were also horribly dirty. The sinks had grime in them and looked disgusting. Windows were filthy and the bathrooms were about as big as a porto-potty. Some of the towels had blood stains on them, and the bedding was slightly musty. Continental breakfast was pretty weak; one good thing however was the unlimited supply of coffee during the whole day. (Which you needed considering the in-room coffee makers were all broken) As far as service goes, it was good. The only complaint I have on that is some of the staff members had issues speaking English. Other than that, staff was probably the only positive aspect in the hotel. Bottom line, try to pick another hotel unless you absolutely have to stay in the cities of Willoughby or Kirtland and are on a budget (as my group was)

My stay here was over New Year's weekend. It was very quiet and even though there was a party going on across the hall from my room, I only heard the music when I opened my door. This hotel is convenient to the freeway, some restaurants, gas stations, etc. The staff members that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed being able to sit downstairs for the continental breakfast and there was a nice variety of items for that. I would consider this hotel cozy, a great place for a getaway or some much needed peace and quiet.

If you're looking for a basic place to sleep along your trip, this is a good choice. It's right by the interstate and very easy to get to. If you're looking for more, expect to pay more at a higher end hotel. The hotel is nothing fancy, but the room is clean, and the staff is friendly & attentive. But don't expect anything else. You get a no frills room that will get you a decent nights sleep without a hassle.
The wireless internet seems to work but we did not try their continental breakfast.
All in all the next time we pass through the area we'd gladly stop there again knowing we'll get a clean room and a decent nights sleep.

In general the hotel and room was very nice. There was a mini fridge to keep food, beverages etc... also this fridge was very convenient for people that have medications that require refrigeration, like for example insulin. The television had cable and HBO which was very nice. The bed was comfortable and clean. The house keeping, at least for my bedroom, showed up every day to change sheets on the bed, clean the bathroom, vacuum the carpet and supply clean towels and new soap. The bathroom was kept clean as well. The only "issues" I experienced was slow wi-fi internet connection, the water pressure from the shower head was very low and the air in the room was very dry. Other then that the hotel was great. They serve free breakfast up until 10:00am and they have coffee and tea. The hotel is also connected to a nice Italian restaurant which my partner and i found very convenient and nice.

I needed a place to stay for a single night. The highways nearby were clogged and this was right where I needed to go, so I got a room for the night. I had read that some other places within 5-10 miles were less expensive, but I liked the location and convenience here. The front desk people were nice and set me up with a room and lots of nearby tips and directions. The room itself was basic, although it did have a safe, a little refrigerator, and a microwave, which were nice surprises. The room itself was a little old but had all the basics. The concerns mostly were around level of cleaning. I found little shards of broken glass just outside my door. (Somebody must have broken a bottle in the hallway and the cleanup was not thorough.) There were some hairs in the bathroom and the carpet. But the bed appeared to be clean and comfortable enough. My window faced right out to the parking lot near the front door and I would suggest a higher floor room if you go. The next morning I visited the continental breakfast and had some fruit and juice--the only other options were some lackluster muffins and cold cereal. But just having a breakfast option was nice. In summary, not a place I would take my wife, but sufficient for me.
