Family run, clean, great service. Makes for a fun family night of pizza, laughs and spending quality time together.

“Decent local family restaurant”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 4, 2014

This place has been around forever, and it is always crowded on a Friday/Saturday night. It's locally very popular. We don't dine here very often, the last time we did was just a few weeks ago on a Friday night. Not that this is the most important thing to me, but the restaurant hasn't been redecorated since at least 20 or 25 years ago. The walls, carpet, ceiling, tablecloths, carpet, plates, glasses, bread baskets... all the same. The decor is OK, I like the white stringed lights. The booths are hard and uncomfortable in my opinion. I do like that the kids can get free choo choo wheels with butter or pasta sauce, and a popsicle when they are done eating. The pizza is pretty good, however last time we went they got the order wrong and we had to send the pizza back. They brought it out wrong again. Then they overcharged us on the bill. (Our service that night was subpar.) When we brought up the mistake on the bill, they corrected it but it still wasn't right and my husband had to take care of it up front while paying. I am sure we will go back sometime, but after our last visit I am in no rush.

“Decent food, horrible service”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed June 2, 2013

We had decent spaghetti and meatballs and veal parm with rigatoni. It came with a nice side salad and excellent Italian bread. The pizza looked good. Prices were about average. We would never come back however because of the service. The hostess greeted us with a curt "hold on a second" then lead us to our table with a scowl, threw our menus on the table and walked away. Our server was not much nicer. It seems, like a lot of established family restaurants, the employees feel the customers are an annoyance and can be treated that way. Why owners allow this I will never understand.

“Great Local Pizza Place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 23, 2012 via mobile

We have been going to this place for years. The quality of the food and service has always remained high. It is family owned and they take a personal interest in satisfying their customers. Highly recommended for casual family dining.

“Don't ask for extra mayo”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 15, 2012

Went here for lunch. Ordered a club sandwich and asked for some extra mayo on the side. The waitress curtly replied "it's already on there" to which I replied "oh, yes. I see. I couldn't possibly want any more." The food is mediocre at best. They don't seem to drain the pasta so the sauce comes out very watery. Bread at the table is very yummy. Salad is literally lettuce and a tomato. The service is okay and the special needs kids they have working there are fantastic. If you want good Italian, go to Vittorio's. If you want cheap and quick, go to Petti's.
