We frequent Walnut Creek Cheese for groceries and for lunch. They have a great cafe and charming seating upstairs. Six months ago they began offering a salad bar (with specials such as adding it to your sandwich for just $2.99 or Soup & Salad bar for $6.99). They only offer soup daily during the fall and winter months--the soup is delicious! My favorite is the white chicken chili. They offer a large selection of sandwiches (both hot and cold), wraps, and paninis. The Fajita Chicken Sub and Deli Deluxe are two of our favorite sandwiches! My husband likes the Pizza Burger too.
The grocery store has a great selection of local produce, meats, cheeses, frozen goods, and bulk foods. They have neat, easy make-at-home Amish meal mixes like soups, cookies, and breads. Grab a recipe flyer before you leave (the packages don't contain the recipe on the label).
Great smoked meats and cheese. The deli also has lunch meat priced cheaper then most grocery stores. Try the Buffalo Chicken--yum!
The Cannery has yummy jelly, salsas, and sauces. We love the Strawberry Rhubarb jam and their Apple BBQ Sauce.
The Butterchurn Kitchenwares has thousands of kitchen accessories that are both decorative and functional. A little pricey but some of the things are not commonly found in other stores so a nice splurge!
