“Don't do it”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 days ago NEW

This place has got to be the worst dump we've ever stayed in. Refrigerator had standing water in it. Dirty. This was the first time my husband and I wanted to wear flip flops in the shower....just plain nasty. I couldn't wait to get out of it, quickest shower I ever took. Yuck! Towels were threadbare and we're barely bigger than a hand towel. Several lamps were missing bulbs. We fly out of Dayton frequently and this was our first visit here but will definitely pay the few extra dollars next time to go elsewhere.

The absolute worst dump ever. My family and I have traveled many places and stayed in many hotels but this beats them ALL. The problems started before we even got out of the car. The manager was completely rude when we went through the drive-through check in, and what's worse, got our room mixed up with someone else's. We had reservations for a room with two beds. After hauling all of our bags to the third level, we were surprised to find the guy had given us the key to a room with only one bed. When going all the way back down to the lobby, the dude said there weren't any other rooms available, and my dad ended up paying for another room with one bed. Aggravated, we dragged up our things once again to level 3 and went to our other room which was supposed to only have one bed- but in reality had TWO. The room was disgusting. The carpet was dirty with stains from Lord knows what, and it smelled like a family of skunks had been living under the sink. The whole place was uncomfortable and so dirty that even our dog wasn't even trying to mark the territory anywhere. Within 10 minutes of being there we all felt like we needed showers. The toilet was filthy and smelled awful, and the shower curtain was crusted up. There weren't any bugs as far as we could tell, although with closer investigation, I'm sure we would've found some. After getting "settled" as much as we could, the manager called us again and demanded that one of us come down to the lobby. It turns out that this guy had realized he'd given us the wrong room key, but tried to put the blame on US. He obviously had NO idea what he was doing and should not be running a hotel. That wasn't to say of all the staff, as there were another man and woman there the next day who were very nice. The whole situation was ridiculous, and the room wasn't worth our time and especially money. Very disappointing; I was supposed to vacation to Massachusetts that weekend, but gave it up to stay in such a filthy room. Please take my advice and run far, far, far away.

I've stayed here on multiple occasions and in multiple rooms. Yes, some relatively minor aesthetic repairs and deep cleaning are needed, BUT; 1) everything works 2) sheets, toilet and tub are always clean 3) internet is included 4) parking lot is well lit with easy access to rooms 5) elevator access to 2nd and 3rd floors 5) continental breakfast is included 6) immediate access to I-75 7) better mattresses than most budget inns. I recommend wiping down contact surfaces with an antimicrobial cloth whether a budget inn or 5 star resort. Highway noise is easily masked with the wall mounted HVAC unit fan. While the sheets are clean, the blanket and comforter are questionable. Bring your own blanket and save $20 - $40 per night for comparable lodging.

This hotel is dirty and badly in need of remodeling or just tear it down and start over. It had a good breakfast though ! The hotel was conveniently located near I 75, however a lot of traffic noise was experienced throughout the night.

Easy off of Hwy. ..just have to look for service road after turn...quick check in....room basic and worn ..no smoking room but ash tray..( collector item these days ) ,smelled of smoke...needs up dated...has door access to outside making handy for unloading. Breakfast good, choice good, separate room with lots of seating .Wifi spotty as tends to drop out frequently ...tough to get connected

Room Tip: Try to have ground floor rear room..away from road noise
